By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Users are required to register an account in order to access various features of the Platform. During registration, you must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. JSeeker provides a digital recruitment solution that allows job seekers to create profiles, upload resumes, apply to jobs, and connect with employers. Employers and recruiters can post job vacancies, search for candidates, manage applications, and access analytical insights related to job posts and applicant behavior. You agree not to misuse the Platform in any way, including but not limited to posting false information, impersonating another individual or entity, harassing other users, posting discriminatory or offensive content, or uploading viruses or malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these rules or applicable law. JSeeker does not guarantee job placements, hiring outcomes, or candidate quality. Employers are solely responsible for evaluating applicants, and job seekers are responsible for reviewing job offers. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of users, including hiring decisions, job descriptions, or employment practices. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using JSeeker, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
